Abstract

In this article compares the reform of the abolition of serfdom in Russia and Germany (in particular in Prussia). The comparative characteristic is carried out in three directions: the aim of the reform; legal frameworks; the results.

В статье проводится сравнение реформы по отмене крепостного права в России и Германии (в частности в Пруссии). Сравнительная характеристика осуществляется по трем направлениям: цели реформы; ее законодательная база; результаты.
