Abstract

According to the hot pursuit the past election campaigns of the State Duma and the President of Russia the new evidence of possible harmful consequences for the stability of the SPP interference of external forces are discussed. The role of intelligence agencies in the preservation of stability is almost not studied in the press, which makes the results of the analysis insufficient. The importance of interaction with the head of the state with civil society and the emerging new political structure in Russia is confirmed.
