УПРАВЛЕНИЕ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИМИ РЕСУРСАМИ КАК ЗАДАЧА УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЙ СОБСТВЕННОСТЬЮ И ПОДДЕРЖКИ ПРИНЯТИЯ УПРАВЛЕНЧЕСКИХ РЕШЕНИЙ В СОЦИАЛЬНЫХ СИСТЕМАХ

Abstract

The article describes a systematic approach that determines the relationship of the aspects of human resource management in the problems of social development and partnership. It is shown that the problem under consideration corresponds to the passport of the scientific specialty 05.13.10 “Management in social and economic systems”. It is proved that the methods of intellectual property management and support of managerial decision-making in social systems are based on the standards of the family ISO 55000:2014 “Asset Management”. Based on the Pareto chart application the results of the practical implementation of the human resources management analysis are given

Изложен систематический подход, определяющий связь аспектов управления человеческими ресурсами в задачах социального развития и социального партнерства. Показано, что решаемая задача соответствует паспорту научной специальности 05.13.10 «Управление в социальных и экономических системах». Обосновано, что методы управления интеллектуальной собственностью и поддержки принятия управленческих решений в социальных системах основаны на стандартах семейства ISO 55000:2014 «Управление активами». Предложены результаты практического решения анализа управления человеческими ресурсами на основе применения диаграммы Парето.
