Abstract

Presents a methodological approach for designing a flexible production structure of road-building organizations. Its basis is formalized modeling techniques, procedures and processes adapt organizations to those terms and conditions, as well as algorithms to choose the best alternative production structure of many possible under conditions of uncertainty structure factors. The possibility of considering the future conditions of the work of the Organization (particularly unstable funding for the construction of transport facilities) in quantitative justification for its production structure will save significant amounts of money on their transformation or adaptation during the construction of transportation facilities. Accounting flexibility enables you to find properties of such solutions in organizational design, which would allow the productive structure in different real-possible conditions and constraints with minimal additional cost.
