Abstract

The analysis of results of percutaneous puncture-draining treatment of pancreatic cysts is carried out at 34 patients with chronic pancreatitis from 2008 till 2012. A percutaneous fine needle aspiration puncture of cyst cavity contents of a under control of the ultrasonic device (6) or installation of a drainage tube in a cyst cavity for long term (28) was carried out as the first stage of treatment. Minimum invasive puncture-draining manipulations were effective at the 31 patients. Open operations was necessary at 4 patients because of inefficiency of low-invasive treatment.
