Иррациональные аспекты и базовые стимулы в экономике российского образования

Abstract

В статье на основании методологии системного подхода проводится анализ иррациональных аспектов функционирования экономики российского образования в современных условиях с учетом не только последствий мирового финансового кризиса, но и масштабных институциональных сдвигов, произошедших в последние десятилетия. На основании сформулированных в статье выводов предлагается изменение системы базовых стимулов, оказывающих влияние на функционирование социально-экономической системы в целом, и экономики образования в частности.

The article based on the methodology of system approach analyzes the irrational aspects of the economy of the Russian education in modern conditions, taking into account not only the global financial crisis, but large-scale institutional changes that have occurred in recent decades. Based on the findings contained in the article suggested changing the basic system of incentives that influence the operation of socio-economic system in general and the economics of education in particular
