Abstract

Данная статья посвящена сравнительной характеристике субъективной стороны преступлений против основ конституционного строя и безопасности государства по уголовному законодательству Российской Федерации и Кыргызстана в целях предложения путей совершенствования уголовного законодательства и его применения в практике в ходе привлечения к уголовной ответственности за совершение преступлений против основ конституционного строя и безопасности государства.

This article focuses on the comparative characteristics of the subjective aspect of crimes against the constitutional order and state security under the criminal law of the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan in order to offer ways to improve the criminal law and its application in practice in the prosecution of crimes against the constitutional order and state security.
