The article considers quantitative, critical, problematic analyses of clinical and psychological research on the problem of ischemic stroke. This issue is underlined by existing contradictions in the research space of clinical and psychological characteristics of the stroke. The goal is to analyze the information and research space and reveal contradictions in the structure, methods and results of clinical and psychological publications in domestic science on the problem of ischemic stroke. On the basis of the conducted analysis there were obtained data on nondifferentiability of knowledge about the structure of neuropsychological impairment in stroke and about contradictions in clinical psychological research on the problem of ischemic stroke.
