Abstract

This article analyzes the nature and importance in the modern criminal trial class forensic examinations, are the views and positions of scientists from different years on this question, the author's opinion on the proposed resolution of the designated problem.

Статья посвящена анализу сущности и значимости в современном уголовном процессе класса криминалистических экспертиз, приводятся взгляды и позиции ученых разных лет на этот вопрос, предлагается авторское мнение по разрешению обозначенной проблемы.
