Влияние мегапластической деформации на структуру и магнитные свойства аморфных сплавов на основе железа и никеля

Abstract

Изучено влияние мегапластической деформации в камере Бриджмена на структуру и магнитные свойства аморфных сплавов на основе железа и никеля, полученные закалкой из расплава. Установлено существенное изменение намагниченности насыщения, зависящее от числа ферромагнитных компонентов в аморфном сплаве. Показано, что на ранних стадиях мегапластической деформации при сохранении аморфной структуры сплавов происходят существенные изменения параметров рентгеновских спектров и заметное снижение микротвёрдости и рост коэрцитивной силы.
