Abstract

Для повышения эффективности современного производства необходимо широко вовлекать в хозяйственный оборот вторичные сырьевые ресурсы. При этом используется местное растительное сырь., что снижает себестоимость и повышает качество готовой продукции. Таким пектиносодержащим сырьём являются мелкоплодные яблоки Сибири, которые обладают профилактическим действием.
