Территориальные особенности заболеваемости раком молочной железы женского населения Омской области

Abstract

В статье представлены результаты оценки заболеваемости раком молочной железы (РМЖ) женского населения по административным территориям Омской области за период с 2003 по 2012 гг. Определены территории риска развития данной патологии в регионе. В структуре заболеваемости злокачественными новообразованиями женского населения Омской области удельный вес рака молочной железы составил 23,3% и был выше аналогичного среднероссийского показателя (20,0%). При среднемноголетнем показателе заболеваемости 65,5 0/ 0000 за 2003-2012 гг., территориями риска развития РМЖ у женского населения в Омской области стали областной центр (79,3 0/ 0000), а также три из 32 сельских районов (54,5 67,1 0/ 0000).

The article presents the results of the evaluation of breast cancer (BC) of the female population by administrative area Omsk area for the period from 2003 to 2012. Identified areas of risk of this disease in the region. In the structure of malignant tumors of the female population of the Omsk region the proportion of breast cancer was 23,3% and was higher than the national average (20,0%). At average incidence rate of 65,5 0/ 0000 for 2003-2012. Area at risk for breast cancer in the female population in the Omsk region became the regional center (79,3 0/ 0000), as well as three of the 32 rural districts (54,5 67,1 0/ 0000).
