Abstract

The aim of the study was to optimize therapy for renal protection in patients with nephrolithiasis during distance shock wave lithotripsy (DSWL). The study of 92 patients to be treated by DSWL has been carried out. The research proves the efficiency of the proposed method of pharmacological correction in patients with nephrolithiasis in DSWL program, which includes reduction of kidney damage markers and time between sessions and helps to preserve renoprotective effect in the late postoperative period.
