Измерение дифракционной эффективности ДОЭ по многим порядкам дифракции

Abstract

Представлены результаты разработки и исследования устройства для измерения дифракционной эффективности дифракционных оптических элементов (ДОЭ) одновременно во многих дифракционных порядках и в большом динамическом диапазоне изменения интенсивности. Рассмотрены два метода расширения динамического диапазона цифровых фотоматриц и их технические реализации.

Results of research and development of the device for measurement of diffraction efficiency of diffraction optical elements (DOE) simultaneously in many diffraction orders and in the large dynamic range are presented. Two methods of a dynamic range of digital video camera increasing and their technical implementations are considered.
