Abstract

Introduction. The activities of sports agents at international level are regulated by a number of legal texts. This explains the emergence of several concepts of legal regulation of agents’ activities in sport. The paper examines some of these concepts. Methods. The work reports the results of research conducted by the author in 2011–2012 in the field of law-related documents of selected international organizations. The researcher uses both classical methods (comparative law, analysis, synthesis) and a special hermeneutical method that makes it possible to understand the implication of some international legal norms. Results. The paper suggests the author's approach to interpretation of the legal nature of sports agents’ activities at international level.
