Рассматривается процесс метафоризации пространственной лексики. Особое внимание уделяется объяснению механизма образования окказиональных метафор. Дана классификация основных групп метафорических значений, выражающих признак «направление перемещения в пространстве».There is considered the process of metaphorization of spatial vocabulary. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of occasional metaphors formation. There is given the classification of the main groups of metaphoric meanings that express the feature “direction of transference in the space”.
