Abstract

The comparative assessment of 15 operations of video-assisted sealing of perforated duodenal ulcer from monoaccess system is carried out. Safety and low-injury of this technique is proved. Possibility of proper sanation of abdominal cavity from monoaccess system installed in right hypochondrium with usage of standard endoinstrument is proved in the anatomic research.
