The structures of integration aimed at integrating the action of the officers of interweaving by replacing senior posts by one person in two or more enterprises. The paper considers two fundamentally different forms of integration, which have different effects on the integration of concern for autonomy and operational areas.

Структуры интеграции нацелены на интегрирующее действие должностных переплетений путем замещения руководящих постов одним лицом в двух или нескольких предприятиях. В статье рассмотрены две принципиально разные формы интеграции, оказывающие разное влияние на интеграцию концерна и на автономию оперативной сферы.
