In the article it is spoken about existence of the specific conditions of labour of an engineer of signal service of law machinery, which, on the one hand, form the professionally important traits of the personality, and, on the other hand, provoke arising and development of the emotional tension, of the emotional disorders and stresses. Suggested by the author approximately-diagnostic professiogram will allow to ascertain correspondence of the conditions of the organization of the labour activity and personality of the professional expert.

В статье говорится о существовании специфических условий труда инженера связи органов внутренних дел, которые, с одной стороны, формируют у них профессионально важные качества личности, а, с другой, вызывают возникновение и развитие эмоционального напряжения, эмоциональных расстройств и стрессов. Предложенная автором ориентировочно-диагностическая профессиограмма позволит установить соответствие условий организации трудовой деятельности и личности профессионала.
