Использование многофакторного дискриминантного анализа для прогноза возникновения артериальной гипертензии у подростков

Abstract

Были обследованы 69 юношей в возрасте 14-17 лет диагнозом эссенциальная артериальная гипертензия (ЭАГ). Изучены наиболее информативные показатели перекисного окисления липидов и антиоксидантной защиты (ПОЛ АОЗ) в крови подростков. Состояние системы ПОЛ АОЗ оценивали путем определения содержания в крови диеновых конъюгатов, кетодиенов и сопряженных триенов, активности супероксиддисмутазы и уровня общей антиокислительной активности. По результатам многофакторного дискриминантного анализа предложен способ прогнозирования риска возникновения и тяжести течения эссенциальной артериальной гипертензии в подростковом возрасте.

69 adolescents of 14-17 years with essential arterial hypertension (EAH) were examined. The most informative indices of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense (LPO AOD) in the blood of adolescents were studied. The state of LPO AOD system was assessed by determining diene conjugates, ketodienes and conjugated trienes concentrations, superoxide dismutase activity and total antioxidant activity. A method for prediction of the risk of essential hypertension in adolescents was proposed using multivariate discriminant analysis.
