Abstract

The article analyzes the frequency of occurrence of the various factors that affect the reproductive function, in particular the production of testosterone in male workers. A total of 159 people over the age of 35 years, of which the signs of androgen deficiency were detected in 53 people who made up the monitoring group. Assessing the impact of social, psycho-emotional, physical, and external, including the factors of production. In addition to well-known factors, such as alcoholism, smoking, obesity, psycho-emotional stress, it was found that the most commonly in patients with androgen deficiency have low levels of functional reserves, high levels of comorbidity, hypersympathicotonia. The nature of work and its intensity did not affect the risk of developing androgen deficiency, in general, however, these data allow us to attribute the impact of such production factors as noise and vibration to the number of adverse.
