Субъектные механизмы формирования социально-профессиональной активности менеджера сферы сервиса

Abstract

На основе деятельностного подхода изучаются субъектные механизмы формирования профессиональной активности менеджера сервисной сферы. В качестве механизмов формирования менеджера как профессионала выступают осознание деятельности, эмоционально-ценностное отношение к деятельности, а также механизмы, определяющие стиль профессиональной деятельности. В процессе подготовки менеджера в условиях вуза целесообразно использовать социально и личностно ориентированное образование, которое предполагает развитие познавательных устремлений и эмоционально-мотивационных импульсов для достижения поставленных целей.
