Средний бизнес: проблемы определения и предпосылки возникновения

Abstract

The article gives a new treatment of the process of transition of companies from small to medium business and from medium to big business. The author determines informational problem as the main characteristic of the company readiness to the transition. The necessity to solve this problem leads to creation of new system for information flows distribution and new management structure.

В статье предлагается новый подход к вопросу определения готовности предприятия к переходу от малого к среднему и от среднего к крупному бизнесу. В качестве определяющего признака автор приводит наличие «информационной проблемы», необходимость решения которой ведет к формированию новой системы распределения информационных потоков и построению новой структуры управления.
