The author of the article studies the paradigm of demonstrative pronouns’ inflection in the dialects of the Moksha language. The features and operation of the area distribution of pronominal forms constitutes a fairly extensive semantic category. The value of such research derives from the specificity of the material and its unexplored character, as well as the need to demonstrate the singularity and uniqueness of the Moksha language.

Детально проанализирована парадигма словоизменения указательных местоимений в диалектах мокшанского языка. Выявлены особенности функционирования и ареалы распространения местоименных форм, составляющих довольно обширный семантический разряд. Важность обозначенной проблемы определяется конкретностью и малой изученностью материала исследования, необходимостью представления своеобразия и неповторимости данного языка.
