Spectrum of causal allergens in children of early age with atopic dermatitis and effect of nature of sensibillization to various exoallergens on severity of the disease are studied. It is established that in spectrum of causal allergens, food, domestic and epidermal allergens prevail. Statistically significant relation between severity of atopic dermatitis and sensibilization to fungous, pollen allergens, beef, rye, potatoes, tick of dust and canine epidermis is revealed. Determination of spectrum of causal allergens in children of early age with atopic dermatitis is of major importance for prediction of severity of the disease as well as for optimization of measures directed to prophylaxis of this disease in children of risk group.
