Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемные вопросы, связанные с положением подозреваемого, не владеющего языком, на котором ведется уголовное судопроизводство, в рамках сокращенной формы расследования уголовного дела, согласно изменениям, внесенным в Уголовно-процессуальный кодекс Российской Федерации Федеральным законом от 4 марта 2013 года №23-ФЗ «О внесении изменений в статьи 62 и 303 Уголовного кодекса Российской Федерации и Уголовно-процессуальный кодекс Российской Федерации».

The article considers the issues connected with the position of a person who doesn’t speak language of the criminal proceeding in a reduced form of a criminal investigation according to the amendments made to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation by the Federal law from March 4, 2013 №23-FZ «About Changes in the Articles 62 and 303 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
