Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты межбюджетного регулирования на уровне субъекта РФ и обоснована его необходимость. Дана классификация инструментов межбюджетного регулирования, применяемых субъектами РФ. На основе анализа опыта межбюджетного регулирования в Хабаровском крае выделены его основные результаты и проблемы. Определены перспективы развития системы межбюджетного регулирования в крае

The article discusses theoretical aspects of intra-budget regulation on the level of Russian Federation subjects, presents a classification of tools used for intra-budget regulation by the subjects of the Russian Federation, and focuses on the budget regulation in Khabarovsk territory, in particular, its major problems and prospect of their solution
