Токсичность биоцидов при изолированном и комбинированном воздействии в ряду поколений Drosophila melanogaster

Abstract

The estimation has been made of toxicometry parameters of biocides of different chemical nature in isolated and combined application to three generations of the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster. For most biocides (Biotsik K, Biotsik T, Capatox, Nuosept 95, Katapav, Metatin 520), a reduction in relative toxicity has been shown in a series of generations while the toxical enhancement has been marked only for leseptic and antiseptic B.

Проведена оценка параметров токсикометрии биоцидов различной химической природы для 3-х поколений плодовой мушки Drosophila melanogaster при изолированном и комбинированном применении. Показано что для большинства биоцидов характерно снижение относительной токсичности в ряду поколений, тогда как усиление токсического эффекта отмечено только для лесептика и антисептика В.
