Некоторые проблемы неофициального систематического толкования норм Конституции Российской Федерации

Abstract

Приводится краткий анализ видов неофициального толкования права на примере систематического толкования норм Конституции РФ. Отмечена роль неофициального толкования ученых-юристов для юридической науки и развития законодательства Российской Федерации; рассматривается значение особого мнения судьи Конституционного Суда РФIn this paper the author conducted a brief analysis of the informal interpretation of law on the examples of systematic interpretation of the rules of the Constitution. The role of informal interpretation of scholars lawyers and lawyers legal practitioners for research and development of Russian legislation. Attention is paid to the dissenting opinion Judge of the Constitutional Court.
