Об ограниченности уголовно-процессуальных средств проведения проверочных действий на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела

Abstract

The article describes the current problems of the procedural status of the persons on the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings. Revealed the limitations of the use of the criminal procedural means of checking actions on the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings. Raised questions about the necessity and viability of finding stage in the criminal process in Russia.

В статье рассмотрены актуальные проблемы процессуального статуса лиц на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела. Выявлена ограниченность использования уголовно-процессуальных средств, проведения проверочных действий на стадии возбуждения уголовного дела. Поставлены вопросы о необходимости нахождения и жизнеспособности стадии в уголовном процессе России.
