Abstract

The article presented has summarized the experience of dynamic observation of patients consisted the group of pre-neoplastic gastric injury risk. The experience included the complex diagnostics with endoscopy sonography and magnificate sonography, materials for path histology depended on dysplasia grade, low-invasive surgery for patients with dysplasia. It was demonstrated that complex approach allowed to timely diagnose the pre-neoplastic alterations and to perform the secondary prophylaxis of gastric cancer.
