Abstract

Сегодня всё чаще можно увидеть в России социальные и экономические процессы, которые требуют появление большего количества профессионалов в сфере управленческой деятельности. Главная задача руководителя состоит в грамотной организации рабочего процесса. Управленцу необходимо создать ситуацию, в которой люди поймут выгоду работать как можно лучше. Делегирование один из эффективных способов регулировать количество выполняемой работы.Today even more often it is possible to see social and economic processes which demand emergence of bigger number of professionals in the sphere of administrative activity in Russia. The main task of the head consists in the competent organization of working process. The manager needs to create a situation in which people will understand benefit it is possible to work as better. Delegation one of effective ways to regulate number of the performed work.
