Abstract

Prospects of use of not stir up microwave electromagnetic radiation for diagnostics and research of plasma and neutral gas environments are considered. Are analyzed physics of processes and possible techniques of the organization of diagnostics and monitoring of change of a condition of gas environments with use of open cylindrical resonators.
