Abstract

В статье ключевым аспектом является определение факторов, необходимых для оценки эффективности управления персоналом организации, раскрываются проблемы, возникающие при оценке эффективности управления персоналом, рассматривается организация как единая социальная система.

The key point of the article is to declare the main factors required for evaluation the HR management efficiency, and to observe the problems of this area, considering a company as a social system.
