Abstract

Reduction in the temperature of the air and moisture-bearing soils results in an increase in the moisture content in the frozen layer, a change in hydrophysical properties. Ice lenses and bands form in clays and loams, the stability of grounds and buildings at thawing is affected, leaching of suspended and dissolved matter intensifies

Снижение температуры воздуха и увлажненных почв ведет к повышению влажности промерзающего слоя, изменению водно-физических свойств. В глинах и суглинках образуются линзы и прослойки льда, нарушается устойчивость грунтов и сооружений при оттаивании, усиливается вынос взвешенных и растворенных веществ
