Abstract

The article presents data about of oxidative modification of high density (HDL) and low density (LDL) lipoproteins, witch were isolate from the blood serum of 54 patients with chronic widespread dermatoses (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus). Authors are compare a grope of patients with typical kind of diseases and good therapeutic effect and the grope with hard form of diseases with repeated, torpyds characters, which were resistans to therapy. It’s been show that the greatest influence of reactive oxygen is exposed to molecules of LDL. In this process violated peroxidation both protein and lipid parts of it. Registered a high statistically significant when compared with healthy individuals level of aldehyde and ketone carbonyl derivatives of apo-proteins and reduced quantity of malondialdehyde – a product of lipid peroxidation. At the same time between the types of dermatosis there was no statistics distinctions. The degree of severity of oxidant-phonon processes as protein and lipid component of LDL is dependent on the severity of the dermatosis.
