Системный подход к процессу территориального планирования
В статье рассмотрены современные проблемы территориального планирования и намечены пути их возможного решения, использование принципов системного подхода в разработке научно обоснованных документов и схем территориального планирования, определены условия формирования нового научного направления в рамках процесса территориального планирования.
Current problems of territorial planning and relevant decisions are considered. System approach to the development of science-based documents and territorial planning schemes are presented. The conditions for creating a new scientific trend in the framework of land-use planning are determined.
