Abstract

На примере ряда субъектов Российской Федерации рассматривается соответствие нормативных правовых актов региональных органов исполнительной власти, определяющих условия применения налоговых льгот, федеральному законодательству.A case study of compliance of normative legal acts on conditions for the use of tax incentives issued by the regional executive authorities with the federal legislation in a number of subjects of the Russian Federation.
