Effective interaction of regional labour markets with professional education plays an important role in the provision of economy with human resources of higher qualification; in reference to it the author sets the goals: to analyze the interaction in question on the basis of the dynamics relating to numerosity of the employed‚ job vacancies‚ number of the unemployed and education system indices. The analysis ascertained that when choosing a speciality claimants for student`s position are aimed at no real labour market demands‚ but at a prestigious challenge of specialties being in vogue; due to it the structure of post-graduates` release doesn`t correspond to that one of labour market demands. In order to overcome negative consequences the author moves such streamlines which include measures on vocational-orientating works at schools‚ alterations in the contents of education which would take into account labour market demands‚ participation of job-givers in the process of human resources training.

Эффективное взаимодействие региональных рынков труда и профессионального образования играет важную роль в обеспечении экономики кадрами высшей квалификации, в связи с этим в статье ставится задача: проанализировать взаимодействие рынков труда и профессионального образования на основе динамики численности занятых, вакантных рабочих мест, численности безработных и показателей системы образования. В результате анализа выявлено, что при выборе специальностей абитуриенты ориентируется не на реальные потребности рынка труда, а на престижность модных специальностей, в связи с чем структура выпуска специалистов не соответствует структуре спроса на рынке труда. Для преодоления негативных последствий предложены направления, включающие в себя меры по проведению профориентационной работы в школах и изменению содержания образования, учитывающие запросы рынка труда, и участие работодателей в процессе подготовки кадров.
