
В статье поднимается проблема межличностных конфликтов старших подростков в условиях современной средней школы. Предложена модель воспитательной технологии предупреждения и конструктивного разрешения конфликтов, направленной на формирование таких качеств личности, как конфликтность и самостоятельность.The paper deals with the challenge of present-day interpersonal conflicts among high school children. The author puts forward an educational technological process model of preventing and resolving conflicts in a constructive way, aimed at fostering such personal characteristics as proneness to constructive conflicts and independence.
