The authors speak about a human as an informational being and about his informational environment. They give characteristics of the environment, discuss the possibilities of human adaptation and give recommendations to provide people with a modern informational lifestyle.

Речь идет о природе человека как информационного существа и информационной среде, в которую он включен. Даются характеристики среды, возможности адаптации человека к ней и рекомендации по обеспечению современного информационного образа жизни людей.
