Abstract

This article considers the organizational-economic model of manufacturing industry «mechanism» and corporate (professional) consumers behavior on the market of complex and expensive equipment. It proposes the use such type of plan as the plan-portfolio of orders. The author justifies the necessity for displacement of public investments from the scope of the lump-sum, investment and often inefficient financing in the sphere of circulation and direct them to satisfying the needs, first of all, of the professional industrial consumption.
