Abstract

The issues of the general jurisdiction courts reformation are viewed as well as the issues of the appeal courts creation in all the phases of the court system, and correspondingly the issues of reducing the number of appeal and supervision bodies as it is seen from draft federal constitutional law «About the General Jurisdiction Courts in the Russian Federation».
