Abstract

This work represents a scientific legal analysis of ar. 309 of Criminal Code (CC) of Russian Federation (RF) Suborning and blackmailing to give evidence or to evade from giving evidence or to make incorrect translation. The corpus delicti of this crime is regarded in detail in this scientific article. In this work the conclusions and proposals for perfection of legislative norms of ar. 309 of CC of RF are formulated.

Данная работа представляет собой научно-правовой анализ статьи 309 УК РФ «Подкуп или принуждение к даче показаний или уклонению от дачи показаний либо к неправильному переводу». В научной статье детально рассмотрен состав данного преступления. Также в работе сформулированы выводы и предложения по совершенствованию законодательных норм статьи 309 УК РФ.
