Исследование слоев на основе халькогенидов свинца - халькогенидов кадмия, полученных гидрохимическим осаждением

Abstract

The features of lead chalcogenide cadmium chalcogenide layers obtaining by chemical bath deposition are reported and the layers properties are investigated. A set of samples on vitroceramic-based substrates with different ratios of the concentrations of sources of lead sulfide and cadmium sulfide in the initial solution is obtained. The change in the microstructure and phase composition of the layers, depending on the composition of the initial solutions and the conditions of their heat treatment, are investigated. The data obtained using the such methods as оptical microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray phase analysis are discussed.

Рассматриваются особенности получения слоев на основе сульфидов свинца и кадмия при гидрохимическом осаждении и исследованы их свойства. Получена серия образцов на ситалловых подложках с разными соотношениями концентраций источников сульфида свинца и сульфида кадмия в исходном растворе. Исследовано изменение микроструктуры и фазового состава слоев в зависимости от состава исходных растворов и условий проведения их температурной обработки. Обсуждаются данные, полученные с помощью оптической и атомно-силовой микроскопии, рамановской спектроскопии, рентгеновского фазового анализа.
