Abstract

Рассмотрен генезис создания особых экономических зон, проанализированы элементы создаваемых моделей ОЭЗ и территориальных кластеров в России. Представлены рекомендации по созданию территориального инновационного кластера – биофармацевтического кластера в Республике Бурятия.

The genesis of the creation of special economic zones, created models for parsing the SEZ and territorial clusters in Russia. Provide recommendations for the creation of territorial innovation cluster – a biopharmaceutical cluster in the Republic of Buryatiya.
