Abstract

This article describes the process of estimating the attractiveness of an employer in the context of the choice of factors and scales and examines the methods for determining the weights of individual indicators.

В данной статье рассматривается процесс оценки привлекательности работодателя в контексте выбора системы факторов и шкал. Также, рассмотрены методы определения весов частных показателей.
