Специфика учета контрактных отношений между субъектами атомной энергетики и энергосервисными компаниями

Abstract

The electric power industry is a key branch of the Russian economy, supervised by the state. Power manufacturers, in turn, carry out supervising function in relation to activity of the serving organizations by means of contracts on performance of work. The author of the article suggests her idea of power service activity used in registration process. E.S. Shaporeva also describes registration features of contract relations, and suggests unification of additional obligations of contractors aimed at safety of nuclear power stations operation for the control and analysis, according to the Russian registration standard 2/94.

Электроэнергетика является базовой отраслью экономики Российской Федерации, контролируемой государством. Энергопроизводители выполняют контролирующую функцию по отношению к деятельности обслуживающих организаций с помощью договоров на выполнение работ. В данной статье предложено понятие энергосервисной деятельности, используемое в учетном процессе, рассматриваются учетные особенности контрактных отношений и предлагается объединение дополнительных обязательств подрядчика по обеспечению безопасности работы атомных электростанций для целей учета, контроля и анализа в соответствии с российским учетным стандартом 2/94.
