In article tactical features of implementation of interrogation of the road and transport crime suspected of commission are considered; the circumstances influencing success of the investigator when carrying out this type of investigative action are given; the interrogation implementation stages, taking into account specifics of investigation of a road and transport crime and establishment of his face which made are represented.

В статье рассматриваются тактические особенности осуществления допроса подозреваемого в совершении дорожно-транспортного преступления; приводятся обстоятельства, влияющие на успех следователя при проведении данного вида следственного действия; представляются стадии осуществления допроса с учетом специфики расследования дорожно-транспортного преступления и установления лица, его совершившего.
