Abstract

В статье проводится анализ употребления существительных общего рода в современном испанском языке: рассматриваются две основные тенденции их трансформации в рамках процесса языковой феминизации, обострившегося в последнее десятилетие, изучаются причины подобных изменений. Во второй части работы описываются основные события испаноговорящего мира, повлиявшие на искоренение лингвистической дискриминации по половому признаку в современном испанском языке официальных органов власти, средств массовой коммуникации, образовательных учреждений.
